Luca and I both love this smoothie, we make it every single day. It’s perfect for breakfast or a quick snack! I specifically got these cups for smoothies because she is obsessed with them and it is so easy for her to have her own glass. Enjoy!
Serves two* (or in my case 1 and a half)
Ingredients:
3 Bananas
Two handfuls of Spinach
Two handfuls of Frozen Pineapple
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon of Liquid Chlorophyll (There are so many benefits to liquid chlorophyll, let me know in the comments if you’d like a blog post about them!)
1 Lemon squeezed to your liking
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
I serve in these awesome Take and Toss Straw Lid Cups for Luca and a big mason jar glass, about 24 oz, for myself!
